I was unimpressed from the moment I arrived. I was left standing by the car, waiting indefinitely, for so long that I had to walk to the Lobby to ask about checking in. The car charging had an issue. I called, and the Lobby staff said they would call back. I waited and waited until I finally had to walk back to the car myself in the early evening, where I saw staff members sitting and standing around. Regarding the room, trying to sit outside by the pool felt awkward and inconvenient because the area right outside the room was full of people. There was no privacy.

Nice place with good services and friendly staff! Full amenities-comfortable the biggest bed. All the staff can suggest the resort with gently. Recommended ones!!!

ขับรถเข้ามาประทับใจการบริการตั้งแต่หน้าทางเข้า พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือ ให้คำแนะนำตลอด เป็นรีสอร์ทที่เงียบสงบ วันที่ไปเป็นวันธรรมดาทำให้คนเงียบด้วย มีแค่ไม่กี่กรุ๊ป อยากให้เพิ่มเติมคือไฟในห้องน่าจะสว่างกว่านี้หรือมีหลอดเพิ่มเติม เพราะห้องมืดไปหน่อย และน่าจะมีบริการนวดเข้ามาเพิ่มเติมด้วย โดยรวมเหมาะแก่การมาพักผ่อน แนะนำเลย 👍🏻

เป็นโรงแรมที่ฮีลใจ ใกล้ชิดกับธรรมชาติมากๆ ไม่มีสัญญานเน็ต แต่การบริการดีมาก มีอาหารเช้า แต่ ถ้ากลัว ยุง แมลงต่างๆควรมีสเปรติดตัว ทางเข้าไม่ลำบากมีสระว่ายน้ำดี

Very bad experience, the hotel room is okay but the toilet is extremely small and inconvenience, the design layout is real bad with in experience architect for the toilet, it small until we can’t move properly,. The toilet door is real inconvenience and until the shampoo bottle slip out and fall on floor ,. It not purposely but due to the tide door design which cause the item slip and break,. The hotel staff didn’t want to listen and just simple charge us with ridisculious reason which cause 500 baht. It extremly not fair at all ….

มาแบบไม่คาดหวัง แต่ผาปก อีโค่ รีสอร์ทคืออบอุ่นใจเกินคาดเลยครับ~ พักห้อง Pool Access ที่เดินออกจากเตียงแล้วกระโดดลงน้ำได้เลย มันฟินแบบไม่ต้องแต่งเติมอะไรเลยจริง ๆ พนักงานที่นี่น่ารักมาก บริการดี ยิ้มแย้มตลอด ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนมานอนบ้านเพื่อนที่ดูแลเราดีสุด ๆ อาหารเช้าก็ไม่ใช่แค่อิ่มท้อง แต่อร่อยแบบโฮมเมด สด สะอาด ฟีลแบบเช้าอากาศดี ๆ แล้วมีข้าวต้มร้อน ๆ รออยู่ อบอุ่นใจสุด ๆ ใครมองหาที่พักสบาย ๆ ใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ มีสระว่ายน้ำวิวเขา ผาปก อีโค่คือคำตอบเลยครับ
